Judd began his career in an uncredited movie ‘Jump’ (1971). After two years, he did another movie as ‘Serpico’ (1973). He became popular for his role as defense lawyer ‘Murray Stone’ in the television film ‘The Law’ (1974). In 1975, he reprised the role in television miniseries with the same title as that of the film.
